Our meat
Our meat is produced from happy animals, kept as close to nature as nature intended.
Animals are left suckling for as long as possible and eat as little bought in feed as necessary. The buffalo and lambs are slaughtered near Wrexham and the pigs in Denbigh so no animal travels more than 15 miles.
The carcases are returned to our on farm butchery where they are hung to produce meat of superb quality. The meat is then boned out and cut into joints, steaks or made into mince, burgers and sausages. All our meat leaves the farm vacuum packed or wrapped and is kept refrigerated until the customer buys it to ensure top quality all the way to your plate.
