Our free range Saddle Back Pigs are a new enterprise in response to our customers asking for pork that tastes like pork.
At the moment we have 4 breeding pigs Lucy and two of her daughters: Cagney and Lacy and a new pig called Croft.
Again they are kept outside for most of the time but come inside for shelter and safety at farrowing time.
By letting the pigs forage naturally with a minimum of purchased food we are producing top quality, lean, tasty pork, bacon and gammon.
